This is not that surprising for my store
A newish barista worked an 8 hour closing shift last night and then came in 6 hours later to open the store with an 8 hour shift because someone called out last minute. He then stayed 4 more hours to work his own scheduled shift.
My manager was supposed to come in today (Monday the day that all managers are suppose to be here) called out because (and I quote) his “pants ripped.”
His pants ripped.
